Tips for Exam preparation

  Exam season starts with panic and anxiety   for students as well as for parents.  It can be avoided through proper use of study    skills and preparation of exams  before head. Here are a few tips to keep in mind while preparing for exams.
1. Maintain a POSITIVE ATTITUDE towards your study and exams so that you can develop interest in your books.
2. Be prepared always by studying on daily and weekly basis
3. Make a schedule of rest and relaxation periods in between the study hours to refresh your mind because too  much over loading     will harm your memory.
4. Get rid of all sorts of problems before you start studying so that you can focus on your syllabus only for   example finish your visits to the tailor, parlor, friends etc.
5. Give balanced time to all subjects.Do not spend too much  time on one neglecting others.
6. Preparation for exam is like preparation for a marathon. You have to prepare and practice it long before time . an athlete     cannot win the race if he has not run a mile frequently. similarly one who has not studied regularly can not get good grades by studying in the last moments.
7. Take a lot of care for your health. eat balanced diet. take meals in time, fresh juices  for refreshments            avoid all sorts of junk foods if you want to stay healthy and fresh throughout your exams.
